Our team visits the property and evaluates accessible areas of concern. We document visible damage and determine whether additional mitigation, leak detection, plumbing, mold, engineering, or specialty evaluation may be needed.
Project Path
We help identify the appropriate path for your kitchen and your situation.
Damage Stabilization
When necessary, the source is addressed and affected areas are dried, cleaned, removed, or stabilized before reconstruction.
Scope and Selections
The approved construction scope is reviewed. Homeowners then choose from available materials and finishes. Any optional upgrades are identified separately.
Reconstruction
Our team completes the kitchen work according to the final agreement, approved scope, material selections, and construction schedule.
Final Walkthrough
We review the completed work with the homeowner, identify any remaining approved completion items, and close out the construction project.
