This website provides information about FreeKitchen.org's kitchen inspection, restoration, reconstruction, and remodeling services, and allows homeowners to request a free kitchen damage inspection. Submitting a request does not create a service contract; any inspection, restoration, or remodeling work is governed by a separate written agreement.
The Free Inspection
The initial kitchen damage inspection is provided at no charge and without obligation, within our active service areas. It is a visual evaluation of accessible areas and is not a plumbing diagnosis, engineering report, mold assessment, or guarantee that all damage is visible or accessible. Specialized testing or third-party services may involve separate costs, which will be identified before they are performed.
No Guarantee of Program Eligibility
FreeKitchen.org does not determine, administer, or guarantee program eligibility, approval, funding amounts, or zero out-of-pocket costs. Eligibility decisions are made solely by the agency that administers the applicable program, under that program's own rules. Work that does not qualify, depreciation, funding limits, optional upgrades, and remodeling outside the approved scope may result in homeowner expenses. Nothing on this website is legal or financial advice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website — including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or probe the site, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may decline or discontinue service where these terms are violated.
